The Concord Hotel has a great location right in the center of Amman, just across from the Roman Theater. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made my stay slightly more enjoyable. However, the state of the hotel left much to be desired—the decor was quite shabby, and the cleanliness was questionable.

My stay at Concord Hotel had its ups and downs. The location is fantastic, right across from the Roman Theatre, which made exploring the area easy. However, the overall cleanliness and décor left much to be desired, including a persistent odor in the room. The service was a mixed bag. with a helpful staff member who upgraded my room, but another who was quite rude during checkout.
